Genius Planet will attempt to diagnose your problems, provide an estimate of applicable service fees, and then provide you with a technology solution in store. You understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing Genius Planet to perform diagnostic repair or other services on your computers, phones, or other electronic devices, it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives or phone cards. You acknowledge and agree that Genius Planet shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software.
Genius Planet RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFRAIN FROM PROVIDING ANY OR ALL REQUESTED SERVICES AND INSTEAD REFUND YOUR PAYMENT, WHOLLY OR IN PART, ON THE BASIS THAT YOUR TECHNICAL NEEDS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS ARE UNUSUAL OR EXTENSIVE AND BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT AS REASONABLY DETERMINED BY Genius Planet. Genius Planet IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR FOR YOUR INABILITY TO USE YOUR EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PRODUCT.
Genius Planet reserves the right to monitor content posted on the Service, and to modify or remove any messages or postings that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be abusive, defamatory, in violation of the copyright, trademark right, or other intellectual property right of any third party, or otherwise inappropriate for the Service. Genius Planet also reserves the right to edit or modify any submissions in response to requests for feedback, Letters to the Editor, or other commentary. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Genius Planet is not obligated to take any such actions, and will not be responsible or liable for content posted by any subscriber in any forum, message board, or other area within the Service.
